- Assisting client with preparation of complaints, financial statements, and other documents to be filed with the Court
- Assisting client with a four-way meeting and/or pre-trial conference memorandum
- Appearing in Court for one appearance only (typically a motion session or pre-trial conference)
- Assisting client with discovery (either preparing requests or responses)
- Drafting a separation agreement
- Attending mediation with a client and/or providing advice through the mediation process
- Preparing a case for trial (drafting exhibits, motions, subpoenas, and the like)
